Well, Latill's connection has finally let me get back online so I can post of our recent successes.
Auriaya the Cat Lady died tonight. After crushing us for an hour at the end of Tuesday's raid, we showed no fear and went directly to her on Wednesdays reset. We first flattening Flame Leviathan (with me and Latill disconnected) and headed for XT-Deconstructor, but before we got to him we found a couple of new trash groups that didn't exist last week. And boy were they a pain in the ***. We tried CCing this, CCing that, tanking the other or maybe that one, but all resulted in wipes. Luckily, we are not completely stupid and slowly learned of their abilities and managed to claw together a strategy to take them down. I don't think its the same strategy as most other guilds are using, but it works, so we don't mind - its nice to be original sometimes. So yeah.. XT-Deconstructor died in three attempts (some slacking DPS really), followed by a major victory that was one shotting Kologarn and then we had our sights set on Auriaya.
We came armed with a more 'controlled' pulling technique and a little different positioning and maybe the fifth or six attempt we ha her sussed and soon lying dead on the floor.
